Check-in is from 4:00 pm. Check-out is until 11:00 am. By arrangement the departure time can be extended and arrival time shortened depending on the day schedule. In case of late arrival you will be informed about the receipt of the keys.
Pets are allowed under the condition that they are trained. The surroundings of the property are fenced and there is a special dog house in the yard.
Payment is possible via PayPal, credit card (Visa, Mastercard), or bank deposit. To complete a reservation, a prepayment of 10% of the total fee is required within 24 hours of acceptance. The outstanding amount is payable upon arrival. In case of cancellation 45 days before arrival, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
There are no age restrictions. Visitors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Extra inflatable mattresses for one or two children can be placed in the villa if requested in advance. Sofas in the living room can also accommodate children.
Guests must comply with quiet hours between 23:00 and 08:00.
Upon arrival an insurance payment of €250 is required for possible damages. This will be fully refunded before departure if no damages occur.

Your villa is delivered ready for use with complete cleaning equipment and materials provided. Optional cleaning service is available at €7/hour. For stays longer than two weeks the villa will be cleaned once a week free of charge. The pool is controlled for pH and cleaned every Saturday/Sunday.
Yes. Each villa has 1 crib and baby highchairs. Inflatable baby mattresses are also available.
Yes, for 24 hours without obligation. The villa is reserved for you until the deadline. If you do not finalize the reservation with an advance payment within 24 hours, the villa automatically becomes available again.
The gardener cleans and takes care of the garden twice a month, after you have been informed in advance. A monthly disinfestation of indoor and outdoor spaces also takes place against insects and rodents using eco-friendly, child-safe products.
